I got this product for my girlfriend since she talked about wanting it. We’ve had it set up in our room since it arrived and we’ve both been extremely unsatisfied with it. For the price, plus the subscription, it does practically nothing. We both didn’t enjoy the “morning routine” exercises. The white noise is nice, but I could just use my speaker for that. Not happy with this purchase.

App is not user friendly! It would be great to have a page for tips and tricks or a forum where people ask/answer questions. Haven’t noticed any difference in staying asleep.

I think the device is phenomenal but since you asked…I do have a few wishes — I really enjoy affirmation style morning meditations and sometimes prefer a slower wake up. Your speakers are great, but they jump right in with a hello and the speakers name it’s a bit jolting when I’ve just woken up. I would love a smoother transition from my nighttime meditation to my sleep noise too — right now I’ll do the full body scan and then when I’m just about to drift off, the sleep sound just starts at my allotted volume, which I set at 40-45 but I think that if it transitioned gently from the meditation music or from a low volume slowly up to my set volume it may be less likely to wake me back up. Sometimes I struggle with which button to press when, (and yeah usually it’s in the morning lol) so I end up fumbling between the night time button and the AM button but honestly that could just be user error. Lastly, if the machine could track my usage that would be wonderful. Time I slept, how long it took me to wake up to a light or what volume of alarm I woke up at would all be fabulous to track.

I miss it

I got this on Black Friday and I have since gone home for Christmas. The first morning without it, I missed it!! It is such a good way to wake up, going back to a cell phone alarm is so jarring. I love changing the colors all day depending on the mood and going to sleep with a red light is perfect. I considered buying this for years and am so glad I finally did.

Everything is great right now! When I first got it, I could NOT get the app to connect, so the clock was basically useless since there was no way to program anything. That was a little frustrating. I was able to get it to work this past week, and it’s been perfect since the update.

The lights are nice, the sleep stories are nice, but its very difficult to program the morning and night settings and its not user friendly. I'm debating returning it.
