App Doesn’t Work. Disappointed

I got this for my son for Christmas an it has been nothing but a headache to get it to play sounds while he sleeps or to function properly with the app. The app takes forever to make adjustments to settings and no attest what we try, he cannot get it to sync to play continuously while he sleeps. The alarm has also somehow not gone off some mornings, despite being set in the app. We have tried all of the problem solving suggestions, resets, etc. I wish I had bought a cheaper version!

I absolutely love my Hatch products. I ordered the restore after using my children's Hatch Rest. I sleep so much better at night. I love the sunrise alarm every morning. It is such a great product.

Needs Improvement

Didn’t know it required the latest iOS software update - So I had to buy a new iPhone because my original phone and ipad were “too old”. Major bummer and unexpected cost purchase. You should be able to program the hatch from a computer. Also, the power cord stopped working after two weeks. Furthermore, because of this I’m afraid to take it traveling for fear that the replacement cord will suddenly stop working.

Love the new alarm sounds

The alarm sounds have helped me, someone who is a very deep sleeper, wake up easier. The light and being able to control the level of volume has been so beneficial. I need a loud alarm to wake me up and there are definitely great ones to choose from. Love it!
