Borderline Scam

The fact that you have to be a subscriber in order to even start using the Restore 3 is terrible. Sure, you can cancel the subscription but it really is pretty deceptive. I can't imagine paying this much for a clock and then needing a monthly subscription. Borderline scam.

To get the hatch setup-you will need to subscribe first and then cancel your subscription. What kind of company would force to give all your details up? And why?

I was looking for an alarm clock and white noise machine. I paid the initial price for the Hatch machine. You cannot use the machine without the app. So you are basically paying the price for the app. Come to find out you also need a subscription to access most of their “unwind” noises. I wish I knew before I purchased it that I would need an app and a continued subscription to access it. Considering returning it.

Best sleep ever

I have had my Hatch Restore 3 since Christmas. I have experienced the best night's sleep in a very long time using this device. I have my cues, lights and sounds all set up to provide a sound sleep. I used to fall asleep with the TV on and I could tell that my sleep was not quite as deep as it should/could be. Now with Hatch I lay down and listen to my selections from the vast array of options afforded in the library and I am asleep before all of the items in my cue have finished. I have already recommended this device to some of my friends.
