I love my hatch!! It never fails me in putting me to sleep. My only complaint is that I would like it to transition better between the sounds in the unwind schedule. For example, when it finishes telling a story and goes to the sound of rain there is a long silent pause that on some nights causes me to wake up. It would be so much better if it smoothly transitioned between programs on the unwind schedule.

I am obsessed with it! I treated myself to it and was a little unsure of how much I’d use it and if it’d be easy to use and so far, so good! It is very user friendly and has so many customization options. I’ve been having fun experimenting with different settings and different alarms depending on how early I’m getting up and what my plans are for that day. Aside from all of the customization options, my sleep has been soooo much better. I don’t wake up as frazzled and the sunrise is so pretty. I’m glad I bought this!

I was very disappointed with the Hatch alarm. I read such good feedback. The device would never connect to my internet which required I provide my internet password. I have never heard of this type of access. There was no one online to assist.

The gradual light makes waking up before the sun sooo much easier and usually I’m up before the actual alarm sound goes off so it feels “natural”. So good I’m giving this one as a Christmas gift

I got this for my mom for Christmas since I love mine. Very frustrating that I was required to begin a free trial. I had to set it up for her and she is not able to go on there and cancel the Hatch+ trial herself since she is technically challenged. It costs enough as is, and requiring a free trial that automatically renews seems slimy.

I'm hearing impaired. None of the alarms are loud enough to wake me up. I don't wear my hearing aids when I sleep.
