Sleep Better!

I was a little skeptical that an alarm clock could help me get better sleep, but it's true! My circadian rhythm is getting back on track and I wake up feeling more rested. I'm so glad I have my Hatch!❤️

I love the different sunrise options. The sleep music is relaxing and I like the different sleep sound options. I like the look of the different color options for the device itself. Really nice sleep aid device.

Automatic shutoff not working

Firmware updates have killed the automatic shutoff feature, which was vital to my wake up routine. The logic was simple previously; if the light is still on it's before 1 hour after the alarm time, if not it's after. The absence of the automatic shutoff has really thrown my wake up routine for a loop, and it seems like it's taking your team a long time to fix this issue.

I used to have to turn on Netflix or something to fall asleep, and then I would wake up as soon as it turned off. This puts me right to sleep and keeps me asleep. Then when I wake up, it's gradual and pleasant and I feel more alert in a shorter span of time. My sleep hygiene has improved substantially. I highly recommend this product!

It is cool, but the alarm sounds available don’t exactly wake me up. Slept through my alarm for thirty minutes. I enjoy the sound machine at night. I’m not really sure it was worth the investment. I could’ve got a sound machine for a lot cheaper and my iPhone alarm worked just fine. Kinda disappointed

People love to report the negative but I really wanted to highlight this company in a positive way because it’s deserved. My Hatched stopped working randomly and they sent me a new one hassle free. Came quickly and there was no stress. No to mention it works well and helps with living in the city to drowned out noise and give me a sunrise when I want a sunrise lol

Love this product! Some trouble with the initial setup, and have had trouble logging on once but other than that I love this product and the app. I wish you could personalize the home page a little more, and just show the programs you want to listen to.
