Glitchy alarm, sadly disappointed :(

I was SO excited for this gift, everyone said it changed their life so I had high expectations. We’ve given it a shot for a few weeks, and when it works… it’s great.
However, the Hatch has had numerous issues glitching, and not working when needed. I’ve found a work-around from online recommendations, but I’m tired of having to unplug and restart the Hatch every few days. I’m also tired of waking up to a back-up phone alarm because the Hatch didn’t go off. The light typically turns on as scheduled, but the problem is the sound often does not work. Yes, there has been updates but the updates have had no effect on the issue. It’s really disappointing, because this “alarm” is really expensive to not work. If it did work consistently, I would happily give the Restore 5 stars.

Not happy can’t figure out how to return

My mother purchased this for me for Christmas and I wasn’t aware that I had to pay a yearly subscription for an app to use this device fully. We currently are trying to find how to return it but unfortunately for my 77-year-old mother this has been nearly impossible to do.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the set up process. I was really looking forward to getting my Hatch, but I have to change my WiFi password to get it working.

Amazing, life changing honestly

I went from having such a hard time waking up each day to enjoying the peaceful wake up. I now usually wake up before the actual sound alarm goes off but with the gradual light increase. So thankful and will refer to everyone and anyone.

Love my Hatch!

Before I started using my Hatch, I used to dread getting out of bed and it would be so easy for me to accidentally fall back asleep. Now it is so much easier to wake up and stay awake with the bright, seemingly natural light from my Hatch. It's also wonderful to wake up with calm ocean sounds rather than the typical alarm sounds on my phone. I truly love my Hatch!

The display doesn't work well

The display doesn't work well when I want to see the time.
The nighttime event is ok - I took me about this long to adjust the settings.
The AM tools are difficult to time and I haven't been waking up to them.
