Its confusing. I need to

Its confusing. I need to get the instructions back out I guess, Every time I turn on noise in the evening it won't turn off and then it messes up the morning alarm. It needs simplified. When it works we like it, but I can't depend on it by any means.

To make the clock pop up you have to hit is hard instead of tapping it for it come on. Is this a factory problem? I am not satisfied it not working properly seeing I paid so much money for it.

Trouble connecting

I was sent a replacement since my other hatch wasn’t connecting. The replacement is still not connecting to my phone and internet so I can’t even say it’s helped in anything because it nothing will connect.

I think we need to take some time to get it dialed in. So initial experience has been a bummer and I’ve been using my phone alarm!

User error potentially?

This week 2/5 week mornings the light turned on to wake me up but the sounding alarm didn’t play so I was a little late. Everything on the app looked like it was set correctly but I seem to be missing something.
