I returned mine as soon as I received it!
The hatch box was already opened - the tape had but cut through. As well as it being dirty. It looked like grease stains or mildew.
It was gross. I had to return. Sucks because I loved my hatch I had before!

Great to have the phone out of the room!

I bought a hatch to help me get my phone out the bedroom. For years I have used my cell phone as an alarm clock and scrolled just before bed (and often in the middle of the night). Hatch allows me to keep the phone out of the bedroom. My sleep has greatly improved. Falling asleep to waves crashing and waking up to birds chirping is so much nicer than scrolling and a painful alarm. I wish I bought this sooner.

Honestly, I’m disappointed. I had high hopes but the app is not easy to use. Also, the website is misleading and led me to believe the sunrise alarm also included noises gradually getting louder as the light got brighter.
If you wear an eye mask to bed, the clock is essentially useless.

I’ve been loving it! The sleep sounds and the wind down is super calming and my husband has really been enjoying the sunrise because it helps him wake up early for work! It’s definitely helping us get through these short winter days.

I love my hatch, it is perfect for just a little bit of soft light in the room as well as the many choices of sounds to choose from. My hatch randomly shut off and would not turn on and the company sent me a new one right away. AMAZING customer service!

I love my Hatch so much I got one for my mom for Christmas! I love having a routine, and it was a stepping stone to increase my sleep hygiene and make better choices. Mornings are easier with birds and not awful buzzes!
