Only works with old slow network

Does not work with my wifi. Had lots of help from someone in support. Apparently, Hatch devices do not work with a faster wifi. I’ve set up a dedicated 2.4 ghz wifi and it still will not connect. Wish I could send it back.

I love my Restore 2!!

I love my Restore 2!! The rest mode really helps me wind down and fall asleep in a more relaxed state. My favorite part is the wake mode with the sunrise and peaceful alarm. It’s so much better than a beeping alarm clock! And a bonus is how pretty and modern it looks on my bedside.

Too relaxing

I hoped to like the Hatch Alarm, but it's not the right fit for me. The gentle wake-up tones are too calming. There are no jarring sounds. It’s a little too relaxing to wake up to. Otherwise, it is a good product.

I like the color options and basic sounds. It's less practical for nights with a newborn and a 5-year-old. I wish there was an easy way to set a temporary brighter light for middle-of-the-night diaper changes.
