Best gift ever

Bought for my partner who struggles a lot with his sleep - after using it for a week he claims it’s the best gift he’s ever received. He absolutely loves all the features and uses it every single day (I thoroughly enjoy it too)

Great concept, major flaws

I love the concept, style, design, and features. However, it doesn’t work if the WiFi is down or disrupted, which is frustrating when the whole point of an alarm clock is to wake you up in time for work, etc. I cannot stress enough that it needs to be redesigned to function without WiFi. Secondly, having to pay for a subscription to get all the sound features is truly ridiculous.

I love it! I am still struggling with sleep, but the Hatch Restore2 has helped immensely. I wake up as soon as the light starts. I love my Hatch. Worth the money. Sometimes, I just watch the light and listen to the sounds at night. So relaxing!

Good but not great

This alarm clock, for the price, falls short for me. I had buyers remorse and wish I would’ve picked something cheaper. I also wish it had Bluetooth capability with my phone to play sounds I have downloaded. Additionally, I would find it useful if this alarm clock had a charging port (I sleep with my phone in a different room but would like to charge other devices, like my watch.)
This product already felt too expensive, and the ask for a paid membership to access all of the sounds was extra frustrating to me.
The app and the design are wonderful, but there must be better options out there for this price (options that don’t ask you to pay an ongoing membership fee.)

Clock display not working anymore

I love this, but I’ve just had it for about a month and I’m starting to get issues with the clock display. It won’t automatically dim at night time anymore (and I’ve tried adjusting the setting and it turns up the brightness on it’s own if if I lower it on the app) so now I have to turn off the clock display every night manually on the app since the clock is too bright.
