Honestly quite disappointed. Was hoping it would help with sleep schedule/falling asleep and have found it to be overrated.

Nice device, garbage app

The device itself seems pretty great. It does the things that I want it to do (white noise for sleeping, sunrise alarm in the morning), but the app is complete garbage. The app is very difficult to navigate and it pushes the paid services like wind down routines and morning routines too heavily (neither of these are features that I want or need). It took way too long to figure out how to get the simple things that I wanted working, and I’m still not completely happy with the outcome. We also have an older hatch product for my son’s room, which has a completely different, but infinitely easier to use, app interface. I love the old one, but unfortunately that model/version has been discontinued.

I really enjoy the Hatch just wish we had more options on sounds instead of having to pay for a membership. It was already expensive to get the Hatch and then to get more options for it having to pay for membership seems like a rip off.

I really like this new model. The buttons work well and there haven’t been any technical issues yet. I think the sound options are really nice.

Love it! I love how simple it is to operate. I love the sunrise feature, and always use the white noise while I sleep. I definitely recommend this product

love my hatch, i just wish it worked on captive portal networks. my apartment used a captive portal network, and i essentially can’t change any of my routines unless i connect to another network.

I love my hatch compared to my regular alarm before! didn’t know I would have to pay a subscription monthly for some of the programs so unfortunately I will have to cancel that after my trial. Wish it was included.
