I love the way it

I love the way it looks. The sunrise feature is great. The restore feature is very soothing. Only thing I don’t like is that there’s no button on the actual hatch to just turn the light on…. Unless I haven’t figured it out lol

Amazing! Significant Upgrade from 1

We received a complimentary Hatch 2 in response to our Hatch 1 having some technical issues with randomly turning off in the middle of the night, volume problems (all the way up to 100 or none at all), and constant need for resetting. So, for starters, OUTSTANDING customer service to say the least! Not to mention, we have had none of the aforementioned issues with the Hatch 2, which has been such a relief. The overall buttons and aesthetic are cleaner and easier to use, especially the touch capacity for volume. Plus, the fabric overlay on the light still offers the same effect but without the harsh intensity of it being the only light in a dark room.
Bottom line - we love our Hatch 2 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top tier sound machine that does so much more, and has made such a positive impact on our sleeping/waking routines!

I love the Hatch but there's one thing missing

I was glad when I got the replacement for my older Hatch. They were responsive to the issue and this new one has more options, especially in the Pink/Brown noise area. I also like the split between Sleep and Wake in the app. I just wish there was a way to put a timer on light and sound outside when you just turn it on - so I won't walk away and forget to turn it off

I find the nighttime/wind down

I find the nighttime/wind down to be very inconsistent. The wind down does not stop despite my having it set for 30 minutes so I have to manually stop it and turn on the sleep sounds. Also, I set it to a certain volume and brightness, and it still comes on much more loud and much more bright and I have it set. Overall, I haven’t been very happy with it. The sunrise wake up is very nice..

After about 2 weeks I’m noticing that I’m waking up way more relaxed than I used to with the obnoxious iPhone alarm. Haven’t used the nighttime sound machine much yet, but plan to.
