Never going back! I use the sunset feature every night and I fall asleep so quickly. I'm so glad I made this investment a few years ago. Hatch also has the BEST customer service of all time. When my first Restore broke, they sent me a brand new one. Then when my new one was having issues, they reached out ME about it and sent me a Restore 2. You guys are the greatest.

Please fix your Wi-Fi connecting

I’ve had a hatch in the past and it was great but I can’t even connect this one to the Wi-Fi because my Wi-Fi doesn’t have a password but the app doesn’t let me not put in a password, so I haven’t been able to use it at all.

I was so impressed with the customer service, because with my first hatch it started to become glitchy and I use it every day. Ever since I got my new one it is just perfect!!!

Hatch Replacement

We were having trouble with our original Hatch when it was replaced with the Hatch 2. I love the updates settings, especially the ease of adjusting the lights and volume if needed. I really also love the “sleep” and “wake” buttons on the Hatch 2! We are very pleased with the update!
