I had my hatch restore for about 2 years before it started glitching and giving me major connection problems, but Hatch support reached out to me to make it right. I upgraded to a restore 2 and I’m obsessed. Sleek look, big buttons, awesome speakers, touch volume adjustments, sleep sounds. I’m obsessed with the coffee color I choose!

Our new hatch was working

Our new hatch was working wonderfully, however, it has started randomly shutting off during the night. We are going to replace our wifi modem to see if this helps. It wakes us up whenever it shuts off while we sleep and we have to restart it, disturbing our sleep. Hoping the new modem helps?
