This is the third hatch

This is the third hatch I bought, the first two have worked great. I bought this one for my son at college. We were able to connect the clock to his phone while at home, but he cannot connect it at college. Can you give me a direct number that he can call for customer support? I wish that was listed in the quick start up directions.

The new look is modern and simple. It goes with our decor very well.
My sleep has greatly improved, it takes no time with the relaxing sleep sounds! I fall asleep sooner and bedtime is more relaxing than ever before.
Morning routine isn’t as dreaded as the calming alarm and light making it easier to get out of bed.

My Restore 1 was having some problems and Hatch replaced it for free! It was the easiest process and nicest surprise. I am loving my Hatch Restore 2 even more. I can't sleep without it. Seriously the best alarm clock ever.

It is so much nicer, hadn’t had any problems and being a nurse it really helps me to relax before going to bed and have a deep sleep and stay asleep.

I Ioooove my Hatch! So

I Ioooove my Hatch! So much so that I sacrificed my original Hatch to my daughter before ever receiving this one, so that she can be woken up in the mornings in the right state of mind and peace to start her day. I haven't taken advantage of the bedtime setting as much as I would like but that is only due to having a standardized bedtime routine for myself, but I can only imagine I'll just as happy.
