Sleep sounds have downgraded to static backgrounds

I love the product, the routine, the sunrise, how it looks and works, etc, but the sleep sounds have been downgraded from the original version. All the rain sounds (which there are only a few) have a white noise in the background of the rain itself. It actually seems like every sound, even the waterfall, thunderstorm, river, ocean, etc all have a bit of static "white" (or whatever color you want to call it) behind the actual sound itself. And the campfire sound for the unwind portion of the routing was so good in the original restore, it was crisp and full of cracking fire, but now in the Restore 2 it has a static background that overrules any true campfire noises. Very disappointed in all the sounds. So much so that I will likely have to find another product.

Being gradually woken up with the brightness of the hatch vs being jolted awake by my iPhone has made a world of a difference in just how I start my day. 100% would purchase again and I recommend it to literally everyone every chance I get.

Way way better than the original restore, but I still sometimes have to reset it when I can’t get the lights to turn on. But much less frequently than the prior version so big improvement!

Love my restore!!!

Love my restore. Helps me wake up rested, and create a solid bedtime routine. It also looks super cute on my nightstand! The pink noise sound helps me block out annoying noise from my neighbors.
Love this alarm clock. Also, Hatch is a great company with FANTASTIC customer service.

pretty good but missing one thing

I wish the Restore 2 had a way to check on the clock side that the alarm is turned on and what time it is set to go off. Restore had a button, it seems I just have to confirm on my phone for Restore 2.

We found out about a sound machine when we had our first baby 2 years ago and we started looking for a good sound machine and we looked into Hatch and got one for our in-law for Christmas and I told her to keep me updated on it because we’ve been on a hunt for one and the reviews she gave us were amazing, she said it’s always one and it’s perfect. So we ordered one two weeks later and now we take it everywhere we go and can’t live without it. It’s literally the best. Now we are going to get the Hatch portable to make it easy on us and baby girl. If you don’t have one, get one because it will change your life and you’ll be able to get the best sleep of your life time! -D Preston ❤️
