10/10 customer service. I LOVE the added feature of a morning routine on the Hatch restore 2. Truly helps cultivate good night and morning routines. The sounds to wake up are gentle and I feel more calm when I wake up. Game changer in sleep. Also love all the light colors

The new version of my hatch is very sleek and looks great next to my bedside! The newer buttons need some getting used to but overall functions well!

Cant turn off white noise upon wakeup

Okay so it's fine, and pretty much the same as the old one, but every morning when I hit the morning button super loud white noise plays, and I cannot turn it off no matter what.

While the updates from the Restore to the version 2 do not seem like a ton on paper, I do enjoy the new look and the button configuration.

I love the natural feeling of waking up with this clock. The sunrise feature is my favorite part! I also love that the alarm sounds are peaceful and not jarring.

Not worth the price

I ended up returning it… very limited functionality for the price. If you’re someone who’s looking to enhance your routine this probably isn’t going to work. If you’re starting your sleep hygiene journey, it could work.
