So completely disappointed :(

The basic interface is incredibly hard to use and not user friendly at all. They make it all but impossible to weed through the "free" content, trying to get me to upgrade to pay a monthly fee to find anything that works that is included. And the content that is included is not good at all. And even the previews of the content that is available for upgrade, I'm not impressed with either.
This was such an expensive alarm clock as it was.
I loved the old hatch restore that I had years ago, which sadly broke. That was much easier to use and I loved the content that was included in the older Restore version. I wish I could take this purchase back. Sadly, rather than relaxing me, this new Restore version just stresses me out.

Have had both the restore 2 & 3 and I love them both! I recommend them to everyone. Helps me fall asleep and wake up more peacefully. One of the best products I’ve ever purchased!

DIsappointing

I was very excited to gift the Hatch for the holidays, but after setting up the device, I was extremely disappointed. The setup process was convoluted and did not allow for simple or intuitive selection of preferences. Additionally, the content itself was underwhelming and, in my experience, had the opposite effect of being stress-relieving.
I truly love the idea behind this product—but the overall experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, I will be returning it.

Mixed Feelings

On the positive side, going to sleep with the Hatch is a dream. I’m really enjoying exploring all the wind-down options, there are so many to choose from. The alarm sounds are all really nice too.
Now when it comes time to wake up… I do wish there was an option to have the time always display. On mine, a tap on the side like the video shows doesn’t work, I have to tilt the clock and bump it against the table for the time to display. I’ve also struggled with the “big button”—it’s extremely easy to turn off your alarm when you mean to just snooze!

Trial requirement is awful and predatory

You shouldn’t need to subscribe to a trial in order to use your product. This was a gift for my daughter and I was dumbfounded that I couldn’t use the product that I already purchased until I entered my credit card information. This is clearly a ploy to have people mistakenly auto-renew and make more money. It’s predatory behavior. If this wasn’t a gift I would probably return this product honestly.

I’ve been using my hatch

I’ve been using my hatch for the past 2 weeks and I am obsessed. I love the unwind routine and being able to change it up. The sound machine is great as well to help me fall asleep.
I have noticed a difference in my sleep quality and my morning mood since using it. Very happy!!

Never stops asking for money

Sure it's a neat device butit seems like all the sounds cost money. This was already an expensive alarm clock, you'd think it would include more for the price. Almost completely disappointed.
