I was very impressed with this product originally, but once it came in and set up was needed I encountered more fees. I don't have an issue paying high prices but it seems absurd to pay so much for a product then have to pay to use it also.

So far it’s been good, I do find it helpful. However I don’t see how paying the subscription is beneficial, it’s also hard to pay for that when I’ve already spent the $$$ on the clock. Wish the service just came with the alarm clock.

I love love love my hatch. The only comment I have is that I can't seem to turn off the time, so that I can't see the clock at a certain hour. The original Hatch allowed me to turn off the face of the clock at midnight and have it appear at 6am. This was without an upgrade. I am wondering if this feature requires an upgrade?
