Good product, bad app

device is great its the app that gives issues, its very slow, anytime i try to change something i have to do it 2 or 3 times. when im trying to go to bed its not the best to have to sit there waiting on the app to save my alarm.

Love Hatch, wishing for more morning options on Hatch+

I love my hatch and it makes bedtime so lovely. The updates to the Hatch+ app are a little confusing to navigate, and I would really like to see the option to have morning podcasts as a wake up option.

The replacement Hatch disconnects all the time and has me restart and re-enter my routine every time. Ridiculous

Love it, it’s helped me a lot. One suggestion though would be to have more sound/music options especially since I’m paying for a subscription.
