My new obsession

I LOVE my Restore 2. It makes me even more excited to sleep. The nighttime routine is great, helping me wind down at the end of the day and then lulling me to sleep with white noise. The sunrise alarm is a peaceful, calm way to wake up. The app is so user-friendly and simple. I can't stop singing Hatch's praises!

Overall worth the money! Never have to make sure my alarm is set for the morning when I go to bed late at night and waking up in the morning feels effortless!

Not thoroughly impressed with the hatch 2. The colors are nice but the price point is high and having to pay for a subscription on top of that makes me want to return. Some of the sounds , like the California ocean, have loud/ distracting noises in them that startled me out of my relaxing sleep. Positive is that the wake-up feature is very light and relaxing. Can’t figure out how to snooze it though

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I was unable to wake up every morning. I have a sleep disorder that makes me very fatigued, so I would end up sleeping through alarms.
I hated jarring alarms, and even having my husband wake me up was too jarring.
Now I wake up to soothing sounds of birds. Then a woman guides me through movement while in bed and that wakes me up and I'm ready for the bed. When I get ready I listen to the motivational guy (sorry I don't remember the tracks). Then at night I listen to Morgan the sorceress and it's perfect to fall asleep to a gradual sunset. It actually gets me sleepy!
I have a perfect routine now. Even according to my Oura ring I'm on track with my chronotype FINALLY. I really appreciate this device. I was wary of the steep price and subscription, but now i see why those things are costly. They are high quality recordings and there are so many! For example, Morgan the sorceress has more than 3 stories (I haven't got past the 3rd one yet because I fall asleep) lol.
It's a great tool for a child or adult. I highly recommend if you can afford.
I also love that the time is not visible unless you tap.

Product itself is fine but hatch customer service is such a headache and it was such an ordeal getting product replaced when the first one I got was defective that I would not recommend.

Adding light really makes a difference to waking up easier

I really enjoy waking up to the light of my Hatch Restore 2! I like that I can adjust the brightness and kind of light I want when going to sleep and waking up.

Seriously lacking

I hate this hatch. I had the Restore prior to this and I desperately miss the ease of navigation within the app for that model. I miss the large variety of sleep options and that I could use any of the sounds for my alarm, not just what they deem “alarms”. The only features I’m loving on the Restore 2 are the sleep button and the wake buttons and the sunset. I’m frustrated by this purchase. Wish I’d stuck with the Restore.

Don’t wait, get it now!

There’s a lot of options with and without membership. I am still trying to find my “perfect mix” of light/sound. It is so much more relaxing vs. waking up to a phone alarm. I love the light! It makes a HUGE difference in my mornings and evenings. My dog might love it even more! He goes to bed and gets up with the light now.
