Very glitchy and does not work properly

I’ve had to have multiple cords replaced as well as had a replacement device sent out and the device still does not function well or even closed to as advertised. I stopped paying for the membership which is the only way the extra features work because the service was terribly glitching and so I essentially have an overpriced alarm clock left.
Save your money- it’s not worth it sadly.

I love it and it’s improved my sleep and waking up, but it’s pretty overpriced considering most of the good stuff requires a subscription on top of the up front cost

Best way to wake up

My daughter was struggling to get up in the morning, she lives in another state for school so this has been game changer for her! She loves changing the sounds and it’s been such a peaceful way to be woken up.

Strip of lights stays on, even when clock is off at night

I’ve been having this issue pretty much since I got the Restore 3. The strip of lights in question is a straight line through the numbers, and has not gone away even after I’ve reset the clock a few times. The strip seems to be on a 100% brightness even when the clock is “off at night”. This has disturbed my sleep so bad that I had to get an eye mask to block out the light. It has done a good job waking me up peacefully in the morning, but overall it hasn’t really been a worthy upgrade from the Restore 2. I actually prefer the buttons and design of the 2 over this one.
