Overall, I am happy with hatch. I love the sounds and the alarm, but for the price, the product should have automatically included all the extra sounds and stories that are offered for "premium" price.

Helps with routine but unresponsive

At first, I did really like the hatch for my schedule. The alarm made it easy to wake up which doesn’t usually happen for me. Although, I find that the big button is very laggy and does not always work.

No more cranky mornings

The Restore 3 has changed my LIFE!
My husband gets up for work at 5am and I get up for work at 7:45am. Before, our phone alarms blaring would make us wake up cranky and just feeling like we hadn’t slept at all.
Since getting the restore, we’ve both been able to program our wakeup times and it’s been SO calm and a nice gentle wakeup. Above all else, it’s helped us establish a sturdy routine without the blaring of our phones.

Awesome, but the subscription bugs me

I love the array of choices in lights, sounds and options for duration, sleep routine, snooze, brightness control, etc. however—I don’t actually care if I get podcasts or new content and am annoyed that it requires a subscription on top of an already expensive product to access most of the options. That felt bait and switchy and I didn’t like it.

The way you’re meant to wake up

I originally bought this product because my phone alarm would not go off (thanks, Apple). I leaned towards the Hatch because of the sunrise feature and it has made a huge difference in my mood I wake up. I always wake up thinking it’s 8am on a Saturday when sadly it’s not lol the sounds help me fall asleep in a relaxed way and my routine gets me in bed sooner when I would normally not. 10/10.

Doesn't Work with a Captive Portal System

We cannot use because our condo has a captive portal system. We didn't realize that Hatch doesn't work with this set up. Would love our money back.
