Hi! So I actually have a lot of thoughts for the device. I listen to one of the “podcasts” before I fall asleep and sometimes one I’ve heard before (usually the night before) starts and so I think a feature that allows for skipping to different “episodes” would be really useful. I also think a rewind would be helpful as well as sometimes I miss the beginning of it while I’m situating myself in bed and I like hearing the whole story. I also think that it would be super awesome if there could be a way to listen to our own podcasts to fall asleep. Like the way that instagram stories only allows a certain length of a video to be uploaded if it’s too long, the same could be done on the Hatch with personal podcasts. I listen to a show that’s usually an hour-an hour and a half in length but if there was a way to play it, but then have hatch cut it off at like the 12 minute mark so it’s not playing forever while I sleep, that would be really cool. Also, if I adjust the volume of something on the hatch itself, it’s a little annoying that volume setting doesn’t save for the routine as a whole. Because it’s hard to know the perfect volume level when making it on your phone when you’re not actively trying to sleep. I feel like I have a lot of great ideas for the Hatch, and so hopefully you take some suggestions. It would be extra awesome if maybe there was an opportunity on your creative team that I could be considered for because I feel like I could really help make this product even better than it already is.

Nice wake-up “call”

It’s all that it features. But may not be worth the price. I found it a bit complicated and time consuming to set up. The wake up music repeats itself too much for my liking — even within a short period of time like 30 mins. And there’s little variety of music, meditations and sounds.

You can use this device if you Wi-Fi has symbols so I haven’t been able to use it. I don’t own the password in my house so I can’t change it

Nighttime setting doesn’t work

The alarm is fine, but what I really wanted was the nighttime wind-down. But it is limited to colors and sounds that are not comforting to me, and the one I have to get on my phone every night to set manually only sometimes works. I really wanted the nightlong brown noise.
It rarely works. Service is unresponsive

Love the alarm clock itself - very sleek, well made, and functional. Lighting and sound settings are very relaxing. However, the app is deeply unsatisfying. Upsetting that it’s a paid subscription for something so incredibly glitchy and slow. Often takes a long time to load any data. Really hoping this can be updated and fixed soon because otherwise it’s a great product.

I've never been a fan of waking up with a jolt from a loud alarm. I don't even need any of the sounds on this, I wake easily with just the sunlight feature. My only complaint is the wifi/bluetooth connection. I really wish I could program it and then not worry about EMFs. Regardless, this is so much better than a scary alarm clock sound.
