Great but could be better!

I love the concept of Hatch, it’s really helped me get to sleep at a decent time, and sleep through the night. I’ve only had two problems-
1. My clock doesn’t work properly sometimes.
2. I’ve run out of content to listen to for meditations etc on the app, so I’m having to go back through and listen to some of them again.

It is quite frustrating that, as a customer, I would not only have to pay for the product itself but also pay for the Hatch+ to have the full experience. I believe your company can — and should — strive to do better in terms of customer experience and value.

I enjoy relaxing with Hatch sounds before falling asleep. I like the routine. I find the app difficult. All the upgraded sounds offered need to be one one section, and free sounds need to be in a different section. On first glance it appears as though I have a lot of sounds to choose from. But in reality, I can only find about 8 sounds that are included for free. This is disappointing.

I like how bright the wake up light is and the variety of choices for color scheme. I get that in order to access more choices, you have to subscribe to hatch, but times are hard so I can’t for now. That being said, there are enough choices to get by for now. I think I liked the sunset settings better from the previous hatch models than the hatch 3. It’s like overcomplicating the sleep process by adding too much extra stuff before going to sleep mode. I wish there was a way to add sunset lighting to the “sleep” mode and skip the extra stuff before it. If there was a way to buy the previous models, I think I would have gotten one of them instead.
