So helpful, love the time

So helpful, love the time settings and customizations. I just wish there were more alarms honestly, but still a good amount. Also wish I didn’t have to totally reset it if I travel with it!

I don’t like that since I don’t have hatch plus anymore, it still shows me the locked audios that only come with the subscription. I already paid a lot of money for the alarm, I don’t want to have to see the locked content I have to pay monthly for after the already pricey alarm. The sound is great, it’s been reliable and it looks nice. I just don’t wan to feel like I’m constantly being sold something.

I really love the restore 3. The only thing I wish is that there were more alarm sounds. I feel like even Apple has a better variety of alarms. There are some nice calming ones but sometimes they aren’t enough to wake me up right away. I wish there were some slightly more upbeats ones without words or someone talking. I do like the mix of music with nature sounds and think more could be done with that.

I was initially skeptical about the benefits of ambient or white noise for sleep, but this product has truly been a game changer. I've always relied on melatonin to fall asleep, and this has helped me significantly reduce—if not eliminate—that dependency.

More Sound options

I really enjoy using my Hatch—it’s sleek, easy to use, and I appreciate all the light and sound customization options. The wind-down and sunrise features are great, and the Lo-fi Beats alarm has been my go-to.
That said, I do wish there were more upbeat or music-inspired options to wake up to. Most of the available sounds lean toward nature or very soft, ambient tones, which don’t work as well for me as a heavy sleeper. The “heavy sleeper” options that do exist tend to feel a bit jarring or include voices, which isn’t the kind of energy I want first thing in the morning.
I like to rotate my alarm sounds to avoid getting used to them, but I’m finding myself stuck with the Lo-fi Beats because the other options don’t quite hit the mark. More energizing, musical wake-up tones—without talking—would make this experience even better.

It is over engineered. All the visuals are distracting. It’s too difficult to do a simple task like play a sound and have a light color that doesn’t relate to wake up or a go to sleep routine.
I do enjoy the wake up features, but wish there were more sound options that did not involve a water feature.
