It broke after 2 weeks. The alarm function stopped working, and everything else would. Factory reset it and still, the alarm didn’t work. The lights would turn on but nothing.

You're charging a lot of money for a pretty alarm clock + morning light. I would expect a bit more included in the free version of the product.

Works ok, didnt realize features require a subscription service

The alarm works for my son. I'm not convinced that the light really helps him wake better but he seems to get up about as before. The issue I have is that it was not clear to me that many features require a monthly subscription service fee.

My wife and I LOVE this thing! Our Hatch Restore 3 is amazing. We use it to help us fall asleep at night, have calming sounds while we’re asleep, and the gentle alarm helps us wake up without jolting us awake.
