I count on my Hatch to wake me up in the AM with a gentle Indian Flute sound and relax me to sleep with the soothing sound of Ocean Waves and it has never let me down. Love my hatch.

My mornings have never been more peaceful! My nighttime and morning routines have both gotten better thanks to my Hatch! Would recommend to anyone (and I don’t have the subscription and I still love the limited features!)

Not enough wake up sounds

I am not into being scared awake. I don't like the weird music and definitely don't want people talking at me. . . . why aren't there more wake up noise options??

Love my hatch, it makes waking up so much easier! The only thing I would like to see added would be more wind down routines and more sleep sounds. Colors are great and the sunrise and alarms are just perfect!

Do not like the product. It doesn't help with my sleep schedule at all. The only thing I like is the thunderstorm while I'm sleeping. The wake up alarm doesn't have many options and none of them wake me in the morning. Honestly I want to return it.

Subscription model seems scammy

Disappointed in the following:
No ability to set the machine without using a phone—would be great if there were an interface on the back of the machine.
The pressure to subscribe to use a device I have purchased for an alarm clock. I thought I was buying an alarm clock and there was no indication, prior to purchasing, that there was a big push to buy a subscription. In facet, the I risk set up is deceptive as it tries to force you to subscribe and leads you to think you need to subscribe in order to use it. I almost sent it back since it felt scammy and then I figured out how to click past the subscription.
