I can’t say enough about this alarm clock. I held off on purchasing it for a while not sure if it would be worth it. It’s 100% worth it, I wake up so much smoother in the morning with the light and have created a wind down bedtime routine thanks to all of the features that hatch offers.

I like to hear every night stories but they are very short in series. And if I skip one night it doesn't continue wirh the previous one it repeats sometimes. I would like longer stories to rewind

I’ve been using the Hatch Restore 3 for a few months now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite additions to my daily routine. From setup to daily use, everything about it feels thoughtfully designed with ease and wellness in mind.
Right out of the box, the Restore 3 is intuitive. The app walks you through the setup process step-by-step, and once everything is connected, navigating the interface feels smooth and simple. Whether I’m adjusting the brightness, sound levels, or setting up a new routine, it never feels complicated or clunky.
The sunrise alarm is a game changer. It gradually brightens the room in a really natural way, which has helped me wake up feeling more rested instead of startled by a blaring alarm. You can pair the light with gentle sounds—like ocean waves or birdsong—which adds to the peaceful start. It’s subtle, but I genuinely feel a difference in how I start my mornings.
One of the standout features is the customizable routine builder. You can stack elements like reading light, white noise, meditations, or soft music to create a wind-down or wake-up routine that suits your lifestyle. I love being able to automate my evenings so I’m not staring at my phone in bed anymore. It helps me wind down without thinking too hard about it.
If I could make one improvement, it would be the ability to connect to Bluetooth for more flexibility. Being able to pair my phone directly and listen to my favorite podcasts or playlists through the Hatch would be a huge plus. The current sound library is solid, but having that added versatility would make it even better.
The Hatch Restore 3 is more than just an alarm clock—it’s a gentle guide into better sleep habits and more mindful mornings. With a couple of small upgrades (hello, Bluetooth!), it would be nearly perfect. Still, for anyone looking to improve their sleep routine and wake up feeling human again, it’s absolutely worth it.

Subscription Offering Needs More Frequent Refresh

Not enough sounds and they dont refresh frequently enough to warrant subscription price on top of buying product. Need more nature sounds in offering, and better more realistic recordings. For example, I listen to the birds every morning but the short loop of the track drives me crazy and the bird sounds are too frequent to sound real. Need more acoustic, ambient and cozy sounds in offerin as well. Request for more gradient light options as well. Colors are limited when it should be unlimited with subscription.
