The Hatch had changed my life and the way I sleep! iPhone alarm sounds give me so much anxiety but the way I set up my hatch, I wake up calm and in no hurry. You NEED it.

We don’t use it because it doesn’t let two devices to control it and WiFi connection is terrible

The fact that you can’t set up the device and edit the routine from two devices is bad. I got hatch for our bedroom but my husband and I have different schedules and different wake up times. I want to be able to set it up when I need it, and he needs to be able to set it up when he needs it. Doing it from only one device is not convenient. Also, the WiFi connection is really weak.
We are not using the hatch, it was a waste of money.

My dog loves it

I do too. With a nervous, special needs dog, bedtime can be stressful. Since getting the Hatch, she’s been better about staying in her crate when we wind down and the music starts playing. If we’re getting up in the middle of the night, it’s been great having the option to use the light to see without reaching for my bright phone light. And once we’re back in bed, winding down again with music and a red light has made those night time breaks easier to tolerate. I’ve also noticed I don’t toss and turn throughout the night anymore.

Great product but extremely limiting paywalls

We've loved our hatch-- it makes waking up much more pleasant, but it is so frustrating how many alarm sounds are behind a paywall. There are only 1-2 sounds that come free that we actually like. Carson's backyard is our favorite. For such an expensive purchase, I was not expecting to be asked to pay more to have more than 2 favorable options to choose from.

Disappointing sound options

I think it is very disappointing that you have to pay for and subscribe to the membership in order to choose any different sounds. You can't even select which sound from the "sound sampler" you want! For the price of the device, I would expect more. I like it, but it honestly seems kind of steep for what it is.
