Worth it!

YES! It's worth it.
This has been an absolute game changer for us. My favorite feature is the slow to rise as it really makes me wake up in the best mood. The sleep sound slowly fades away and the light brightens up mimicking the sunshine. I naturally wake up vs being startled by a loud alarm sound.

After all the back and forth and trying everything to get this product to work for me, it is going in the trash.

I have had issues with my Hatch products for years and have tried two different Restore 2 clocks and I find both of them to be unusable. Currently, the clock thinks day is night and night is day and has the clock numbers bright and dimmed in reverse times. It constantly needs to be restarted and unplugged, which is annoying and not what I want to deal with at bedtime. I don’t trust the clock to wake me on time because it doesn’t function properly so cannot use it as an alarm clock. Overall, very unhappy with Hatch Restore 2.

Wouldn’t even turn on

When I went to take it out of the box it wouldn’t even turn on. Hoping that you guys will fix this for me and send me another replacement.

I’ve been waking up at 4am and the pink light is so nice to wake up to and then for the sleep routines loveee the sounds and story telling especially celebrity pets!

I wish it could do more like sync up to my apple music and I could play music on it. I also wish there were more options of music that weren’t podcast type of sounds

I have multiple alarms set

I have multiple alarms set on my hatch every morning. At first I could hear them and was able to get up on time. But now I’ve noticed there’s issues with the alarms actually going off and I’m oversleeping often and having to set alarms on other devices instead. I’ve tried resetting it and everything. I’m disappointed because I had really high hopes for the hatch.

The stories at night are amazing and the wind down routine has made our lives easier and less stressful. We no longer veg in front of the television or our phones! The color choices are so neat!

Limited functionality

There are things I love about it and things I don't love. The "sunrise" aspect is pretty great and helps to wake us up gently. And we have a wind down routine that plays white noise overnight. But that's basically all it can do. We can't even get it to just automatically start the white noise at a certain time. The alarms are annoying with very little options. Possibly the paid version gives you better options, but the free ones don't give me a lot of hope for them being any better. You can't just turn it on unless it's part of the pre-set designated wind down. I wish it was better.
