Same 5 harp songs?

For a subscription, you’d expect more than just the same 5 harp songs to play. Really simple feature that I’m surprised your product management team isn’t releasing more often.

The Restore 2 has provided white noise to slow my wife to get to sleep easier and wake up more refreshed. Random noises keep her awake and this helps mask them.

Not So Great

Feel like there is a lot of hype of this product. You have to pay for a monthly subscription. There seems to be many other products out there that aren't as expensive that would do the same. Apps. . . lamps . . . etc. I wouldn't recommend product. Maybe if they didn't require monthly subscription and was less expensive I would recommend.

Alarm Sounds

I had the Restore and was sent a Restore 2 after communicating with Hatch about issues with my Restore. I am a very VERY heavy sleeper and I used the “signal” alarm sound with the sunrise alarm. Come to find out the Restore 2 doesn’t have the “signal” alarm sound or ANY of the louder alarm sounds from the traditional alarms section on the app. This has made the Restore 2 basically useless to me as none of the sounds it offers wake me up. I sent in a support ticket on January 17th and still have not heard back from anyone

I wish it had a morning routine

Nighttime routine is the best. But I find myself turning off alarm and not waking up as peacefully. I wish there was an option for a morning routine. With some calming music that is different from the alarm.

My Restore 2 had a

My Restore 2 had a really hard time connecting. I finally got it all set up and got it working. It worked for about a week and I loved it! And then one day it decided to stop. I really loved it when it worked and I would love it to start working again…

I bought 2 restore 2 for Christmas gifts, both my daughter and son’s girlfriend love it. They loved how much easier they wake up, feel more rested and how they have establish a healthier sleep routine. Thinking of getting one for myself.
