We didn’t have the box any longer we bought it for my daughter as a Christmas gift.
It was not working properly so we returned it.

Beautiful, but the app is terrible

I love the way the product looks, and the quality of the sound. However, setting it up, configuring the sounds, and trying to play on demand is horribly frustrating because of the app. The tech needs a complete redesign in my opinion, but keep the beautiful device.

…Issue after issue with the machine

I’m thinking I got a bad machine. It will cut out and make a high pitched squealing noise that no amount of button pushing will fix. I’ll have to unplug it and then wait a bit, plug back in etc. As you can imagine, having insomnia and being woken up like this several nights in a row isn’t great. As a matter of fact it adds to my sleep issues bc then it’s very hard to go back to sleep. On top of that it will make this choppy echo sound which is horrible. I had really high hopes for this sound machine after reading reviews and it has not been a good experience for me at all.

I love this, as a woman that cycle syncs, the Hatch Restore 2 has greatly benefited me and my sleeping habits. However, the only complaint I have is that the instructions say tap to display time, but I have to pick up the alarm for the time to show or tap multiple times
