Good idea, terrible product

I purchased this with the intent to reduce screen time around bedtime, and leave my phone outside my bedroom - it’s done the complete opposite. I’ve spent at least 20 extra minutes a day on my phone trying to set/adjust the alarm. Intermittently the app requires a re-login, however freezes and won’t log in. I cannot trust it at all to work consistently so need back up alarms. Great idea. Horrible device/app currently

Hatch was a game changer for my teenagers!

I have twin teenagers and one has trouble falling asleep and the other one perpetually hits the snooze-button and was always late to school. We gave them both Hatch clocks and, no exaggeration, all their problems went away. With the Hatch app they get to choose when they start their wind-down, how much time they need to wake up, how much light they need, and what music, meditations or sounds they want. It gives them so much control over their sleep routine and they love it!! They do not keep their phones in their bedrooms, they go to bed without a fuss, wake-up ready to start the day, and my son is no longer late to school. I cannot recommend Hatch enough!!

Love waking up to Hatch!

Such a soothing way to greet the day! Waking up slowly to the “sun” and sounds is so much better than being jarred awake by an annoying sound. Drifting off to the sound of waves is much better, too. I was considering this purchase for a long time and so happy I received Hatch as a Christmas gift! 100% recommend!

I love my hatch. The noise machine helps me sleep. The sunrise lights help me wake up with ease, a lot of times before the actual alarm. The sounds of the alarm aren’t annoying. I do wish the app was a bit easier to use. I find it frustrating to find what my alarm settings are set currently at. It should be obvious the moment you open the app.

Unfortunately, I do not find the product user friendly and the App has difficulty syncing with the product every night.
