Cord doesnt Work

I have been emailing the company since Christmas Day requesting a new cord. I haven’t received a response yet. So far I can only test by using my daughter’s cord, but I need my own.

We love this Hatch!

We are a Hatch family. From getting one for our first child 4 years ago to adding one for our personal bedroom, we love the white noise at night. The way you can control them from your phone is a bonus. The Hatch restore has been everything my husband wanted. From being able to program when the clock is lit up to the different settings like wind down and color options. This has been the best investment!

I have had issues accessing

I have had issues accessing the Hatch app. There is an error message regarding my log in and password. Trying to reset the password so that I can turn on my alarm and I am still receiving the same error message. So far this has not been user friendly.

Can we return?

The app is so glitchy, it takes so long to set our alarms every night. We were better off with our previous routine/ sound machine ( google home). I hesrd the previous version was vetter than the restore 2 which is over complicated.
