Disappointed with the subscription

Love the wake up feature, but really disappointed in the need for a subscription aspect of it. The free wind down options are extremely slim and with how much the alarm clock already costs, there should be more options available for each feature. It should also be listed on the website saying how many free options are available with each feature.

It's visually pretty, but the functionality and setting are odd

I like the app. I like the appearance of the device.
I don't like the two tops buttons and how they function (the closed eye and open eye). It's confusing. A traditional snooze button would be easier than memorizing what side each button is on when you're half asleep wanting to click snooze or off. There's something with the function of a press and a long press.

I don't like that you have to push a button for the sound setting routine to start. I'd like it to be programmable to come on at a certain time. OR Id honestly like to leave the sound on all day long, but that doesn't seem possible.
It's attractive, it's nicely made, but the functionality, settings and programming is odd.

Such a relaxing way to wake up gently. I think it will work great in helping me have a better routine once the Holidays are over and I can have a normal schedule. Very nice quality! Thanks!

This has completely replaced my screaming alarm clocks and phone. Alarms. I wasn't sure at first. So I kept my phone alarm on for about 2 weeks. I woke up every time before the alarm went off. I was awoke gently by the calm sounds and light. I was amazed that it actually worked. It has been so pleasant not getting blasted out of bed in the morning. I highly recommend this.

I loved my original Hatch until it stopped working. My rating for 3 on the Hatch 2 is related to the esthetics of the clock. It isn’t as sleek and sophisticated looking as the original Hatch.

Best alarm clock ever!!

Bought my 22year old daughter the Hatch for Christmas and she absolutely loves it!! Not only is the design leak and modern, but the features are unbelievable. . the colors are beautiful and the amount of sounds are wonderful. She sleeps with our basset dog Ruby who truly seems so much calmer with the white noise. This was the BEST gift she received this year!! 🥰🥰🥰
