Too complicated to use

The app is too complicated to use. I don’t like that I can’t make an alarm and turn is off and on as I needed. I understand the point of hatch is to be consistent but I’m a nurse and my schedule is so wacko that I need to change my alarm from day to day! Idk. I just wish it was easier.

I have Quantum Fiber internet and the hatch won’t connect. I’ve spent hours with my service provider trying to figure it out. We’re at a loss. Will be returning ASAP.

I am very medium on my Restore 2. My old school sound machine has way better choices of sounds and volume. The night time display is too bright (I literally have it on 2%, anything lower and there is no time display at night). Definitely thinking about returning. Really expensive for what you get. And to charge anything you have to go through app. My work schedule is always changing, so no set wake up time. It’s annoying that I have to get my phone to charge alarm setting.

Learning curve on using the use & default options

The small instruction booklet is very misleading on the options of machine. The options are great but the defaults are loud & very brightly lit. Definitely not for a technical novice & could disrupt sleep if not manually controlled & edited then saved.
