Neat, but not as customizable as expected

Love the look and sound quality! The app is user-friendly. . The only downside is it's not nearly as customizable as I had expected for the price point. There's not many sound options to pick from, and I didnt realize how many features would require the subscription. I thought more features would come out of the box for that price :( Also I really wish it would work without wifi since my wifi turns off frequently - very unexpected.

Enable your product to accept complex WiFi passwords

I loved my Hatch Restore 2, then it wouldn't reconnect due to complex WiFi passwords. This is a security issue that needs to be remedied by your team.

Brand new Restore2 Doesn’t Work

My wife was very much forward to this product. We plugged it in and didn’t work. We got a defective Restore2 on Christmas! Such a bummer. Hopefully we can get it replaced.

hatch puts the shine in rise & shine

The sunrise simulation has made winter mornings much more enjoyable. The gentle gradation slowly wakes me up—especially when paired with their morning birds alarm. With so many different options to customize, each morning feels delightfully different. In the evening, the pink noise is my go-to.

Subpar

Unfortunately, not as impressive as I thought it would be. Some features don’t do what they say like dim the clock at nighttime, etc. Also, some sounds actually sound similar and not what they say it should sound like. In my opinion, it’s pretty subpar for the price.

Very pleased with the Restore 2. Even more impressed with the automatic notification and acknowledgement when our prior Hatch was malfunctioning and a new one would be sent immediately. A+++ work!
