I like it but you

I like it but you do have to pay for the alarms etc if you want mediation and such on your sleep or wake up routine and would like more options or ones with the same person but changes every few days it gets repetitive.

Frustrated with new Hatch

This is my second hatch. The first one was great until it stopped working. Worked ok for about 3 years. The new one isn’t as user friendly and I have been unable to make a customized routine with the app. At this point, I’m not recommending this product!

Limited features/reliability

Overall we like our hatch however a couple of key issues:
1) The app is not very user friendly and often when setting alarms it doesn’t give you the option to set a light, only sound.
2) it would be great if we could stop the sound alarm in the morning but keep the light. Seems like if you stop (not snooze) the alarm, the light will turn off too

I am enjoying my Hatch

I am enjoying my Hatch Restore 2. I love the customization with the light and sound selections. I find them soothing while trying to fall asleep, and I feel I am resting more soundly. It is quite the enhancement to my sleep experience.

Love our Hatch!!

It’s helped our sleep and our marriage. We look forward to bedtime and our relaxing routine. The dishwasher is the best white noise ever. I wish I was a fancy influencer and could be sponsored by Hatch, but until then I’ll just obnoxiously tell everyone any chance I get how life changing it is, which sounds silly because it’s “just an alarm clock” except it’s not, it’s magic.

Why did you send these out?

I still have not used the machine because I don’t know why the company sent more out to customers that didn’t complain about the original ones. I get the feeling that this machine may have something in it that I do not want in my house.
