I love the sound baths my Hatch provides, they're so soothing and help me fall asleep faster! I also love that I can change the display color to any color I want!

I like the updated design of the Restore 2. The brown noise is perfect for sleeping and I like the wind down feature that helps remind me to get ready for bed. Overall a great little machine!

Hatch has changed

The app was significantly better years ago with the hatch 1. Now you essentially need to pay for the monthly subscription, and the sleep routine noises have moved from more heavily meditation based to podcasts. When I purchased the hatch 2, I was hoping to go back to what differentiated the hatch from other products like it had before. I will likely be returning this now.

This didn’t work for me. It’s just an overpriced alarm clock. My calm app works better. I wanted to love it due to all the positive reviews but my friend or I didn’t like it at all.

Miss the old feature

I had to replace my old hatch that was malfunctioning. I miss the feature that had the light that dimmed in phases to include a progressive wind down. This is just on and off. That feature was really important to me in choosing the product so I’m disappointed not to have that any longer. I do like that it’s not so easy to accidentally tap the light and sound buttons. Otherwise, this product is fine but doesn’t stand out as being extraordinary.
