Can’t use it in college

I recently ordered a hatch restore 2 for my girlfriend and I am very upset that she cannot use it in her college apartment due to it needing a WiFi password in order to work. This is very disappointing due to the high price point of this alarm clock.

Can’t connect to internet

My daughter lives in student housing and the hatch requires password to connect to WiFi, student housing has open source and will not provide password. Hatch should allow access to WiFi without password.
