I’m becoming a morning person

I love the soft sounds of the rest & rise. The sunset feature is great. I find I wake up more peaceful and in a better mood.
I don’t like the sleep stories from the subscription. The narrators voices are not calming and the stories lack tranquillity and comfort.
I will most likely cancel the subscription.

Absolutely worth it!

This device has been a life saver for someone with insomnia! Ever since using this, I’ve been able to fall asleep at a decent time instead of midnight or later. The app has cool features where you can customize to your liking, for example, winding down sounds, wake up sounds, alarm clock, even set a winding down time. You can even adjust the volume + add color and customize the brightness (I use red for winding down and white for waking up). You can even preview the setup before making your decision! They are also always adding new stuff to it! I highly recommend this device to people with insomnia!

I’ve never looked forward to bedtime as much as I have now with Hatch! And waking up in the mornings is a breeze, and everytime I feel so rested!

Good device for better wake up

I appreciate the concept and the convenience of being able to wake up more easily in the morning. However, after using it for a few weeks, I have encountered some difficulties:
1. On two occasions, the alarm did not ring even though I am absolutely certain I had set it up and checked it the previous evening. This issue occurred every time I changed the alarm time. When I checked the app the alarm shows turned off.
2. When I turn off the alarm using the button, the device's display goes dark, requiring me to press the button again to make it bright. This is an inconvenient extra step.
3. The evening routine failed to turn on automatically 2 out of 10 times.

I could not live without my hatch. My first Restore 2 did break (would not connect to internet) but Hatch quickly replaced it and I could not be happier. Can’t imagine sleeping without it!

It's nice but for what it is, it's really expensive. (Hatch Restore 2)

(Hatch Restore 2) I think the product does what it promises well. Easy to set-up, easy to use and helps develop a routine. However, the sunrise light isn't all that strong. If there is any amount of natural light that comes into your room, the sunrise feature becomes insignificant. In a COMPLETELY dark room, might be a different experience. Would be willing to look past it at a lower price point.

Now the app is just laughable. It doesn’t save my settings so it is has become a horrible experience.
