Great concept, but super buggy

I love the idea, but for a company that expects you to pay a yearly subscription for your alarm clock, their product is full of bugs. To give an example, while it’s a cool idea to select the lights to accompany your routine, my alarm seems to just pick whatever color it wants no matter what color is saved. Love the concept of this product, but if Hatch doesn’t solve some of the technical issues with its products I will not be renewing my subscription.

This is a really nice sound machine, first one I ever had. I love how customizable it is. Great sounds to go to sleep to and wake up too. I recommend!

This alarm clock is honestly life-changing. It helps me stay on a consistent sleep routine that has allowed me to eliminate doomscrolling and needing the TV to fall asleep. I wake up more refreshed and have higher energy levels throughout the day! Not to mention, I’m obsessed with how cute it looks sitting on my nightstand. Double win for the sleekness of it.

The unit was set to have the light go off at 11:00 p, and then back on at 7:00 but it comes on at odd hours of the night when I'm asleep and wakes me. The sounds to "lull" you to sleep switches from one to the other without being programed to do so. Too bad, I enjoyed the wake up light. I have unplugged it and probably won't use it again. It has been a disaster. Very disappointed.
