We use our new hatch every night and we love it! We use the rain sounds to help drown out ambient noises mostly from our dogs and it helps our sleep very much. Thank you for developing a fine product.

Second one still doesn’t work

The WiFi is constantly disconnecting
When that happens I don’t have my alarm go off
My router is in the room next to mine and still doesn’t pick up
I had the company send me a second one. It worked for 2 weeks then disconnected and can’t connect again
My tvs, phone, etc in my room are the same distance and never disconnect

Amazing! Except little tech bugs here and there

I’ve used my new hatch for about a week and it’s been working great except my rise alarm sunlight did not come on last night but the alarm noise did. Will continue to monitor this but thought it was odd being the light feature was on. I love the new look of this hatch!

I love it for home, aesthetically pleasing, good sound choices. I tried to use it in a hotel and could not get it to connect to their WiFi, I wish it traveled easier.

Waking up BEFORE (!!!??!) my alarm!

Getting up has always been my biggest challenge but now I'm waking up, fully rested, before my alarm even goes off in the mornings!! Such a big win for me. It has been so fun playing with all the features on this clock to figure out which routine works best for me - I never knew an alarm clock could make such an impact on my life (no exaggeration)

Lots to love

Overall, this is a powerful sleep/waking support technology that is helping me build consistency. I love the many components and the way I can schedule multi-sensory cues for both the end and the beginning of my days. With that said, there are some elements that I wish were different or more customizable: the light is too bright and the Hatch doesn't seem to meaningfully become less bright enough despite my attempted adjustments using the app. I can't put a time limit on the unwind cue, so I have to manually move to the unwind portion of my regimen. Not a big deal, but the less I have to do, the better. By contrast the need to manually move from the sunrise alarm to my morning moment IS good. Finally, the sounds available are just okay. Several other apps allow you to layer sound elements to create custom sounds, for example. There's a birdsong option that ends up sounding unnatural because of its rhythm and repetition, which is unfortunate considering the power it could have. It would be nice to have more options in the "soothing music you'd hear at acupuncture" range. The Aura app has good examples (though, as an app, it's overwhelming).

Absolutely incredible piece of technology that has helped my sleep immensely! I can not recommend this product enough! Well worth the investment and I strongly encourage everyone to get one. Bedtime and sunrise are made easy with the hatch.
