Not worth it without the subscription

I do like the machine and the sunrise/sunset. However, without a subscription you only get two samples for falling asleep to. I was disappointed in the lack of supplied unwind options. So, if you don't want to pay for the subscription I'd do a cheaper option.

Great product

This has really helped my sleep routines. Having a set lighting/sound scheme to trigger my brain to unwind has helped a lot. And not having a jarring cell phone waking me up every morning has helped me wakeup easier and not feel so drowsy first thing in the morning.

Can’t connect so minimal sounds

I bought this for my teen. When she went to connect this herself our internet was down. My husband tried to help but found it’s connected to a subscription to have all the features. I bought it thinking she did the research and for that price I didn’t think there would be an ongoing monthly fee. Very disappointed.

Love the hatch

I’ve been a loyal Hatch customer for three years now. While I love almost everything about it, I wish there was a more simple way around difficult wifi connections. My hatch won’t connect to my apartment’s enterprise wifi. I would recommend Hatch to everyone as it has significantly improved my sleep, except if you attend a university or live in a building with enterprise wifi.

We love our Hatch. It helps us wind down and wakes us up with ease. I wish there were more wind down options to choose from. Some of the stories are not very long.

Will not connect to the wifi

I purchased 2 of these clocks for Christmas. One of them I was able to connect with ease, the other I have worked on for over 3 hours trying to get it to connect to the Wifi. It will not connect. I have done all the trouble shooting and did the reset and nothing works. I would like a refund or a new clock sent to me. . . very frustrating considering the cost!

App is HORIBLE

The app has very, very little options for a true meditation for morning or night. It's very clunky and hard to use, making the device almost unusable. I thought there would be far more things to do, far easier. Every time I try to perfect or change anything, it glitches.
