The best gadget I own

Restore 3 is genuinely one of the best things I ever got. Not only it helps me to wake up at the time I need to, but it also has a great feature for going to sleep. While my nighttime routine, I’m reminded when to get in bed, take melatonin and turn off my blue light screen. Next alarm is, if I want to read my kindle or just fall asleep to Hatch reading to me

light goes on half the time, half the time it does not accompany the sound, dont want to pay for hatch+ but i feel like normal subscription is very limited. I like the idea of it but so far its never woken me up, and I don't want to set the volume past 50 because it wakes up everyone but me. I like the falling asleep routine though my issue is waking up on time.

I like the alarm clock but have had issues with the date to night light intensity. I have to reset the alarm clock often for night-mode to come on.

I bought my Hatch Restore following recommendation from my NP on ways to help with my anxiety. On the topic of sleep hygiene a sunrise alarm combined w some white noise and a short nighttime meditation was suggested. Bring on the Hatch! While first put off by the cost, the fact that this machine could deliver all three of those suggestions pushed me over the line from “I don’t know…”, to “sure, I’ll give it a shot”. So glad I did! I love this product, and with my hatch subscription I’m able to utilize my sleep routine even when traveling through the app on my phone. 100% recommend!

I use my Hatch every night to fall asleep and the white noise has been really enjoyable, but I wish there were more free sound options to choose from.
