Room for Improvement

I bought this assuming the sound would gradually get louder while the light got brighter. I looked on the website and can see that it never claims to do that so I can’t be upset about it. BUT it would still be nice if it had that capability nonetheless.
It would be a 5/5 star for me if they did a software update that allows for that.

Great! Only Has Pre-Programmed Music Options & Can't Use When Traveling

I only wish that I could choose to play a specific song in the morning or when I am going to bed rather than the pre-programmed songs that we have within the Hatch app. The only other thing is that I travel for work and there may be trips in which I am gone for a week and would love to continue my routine. However, my Hatch alarm does not work in hotels so I am unable to use it when traveling. Other than that I have loved my hatch so far!

I loved my previous Hatch but was paying for the premium subscription but didn't get any of the new sounds. By the time I noticed I only had a month left of my membership. Extremely frustrating to be honest. However, Hatch did make this better by upgrading my Hatch. The only downside is that now I have been experiencing so many tech issues. It just stops playing sounds at night or sometimes no sound will come out. I'm just so sad cause I truly do love the concept of the Hatch but wish they didn't have so many problems.

I have figure everything out yet but the few things I have figured out is great. I really like the fact that I am in deep sleep more. I wake up more refresh. Looking forward to more once I fine tune it.

I finally upgraded myself from the OG model after gifting multiple Hatches to family and friends over the years. I don’t mean to be dramatic when I say the Hatch has improved my life, sleep habits, and health in a drastic way. I look forward to my routine soothing me to sleep instead of dreading the inevitable tossing and turning. Waking up to the soft light and sounds starts your day on the right foot, if I never have to hear an iPhone alarm again I’d be thrilled. 100000/10

It disconnects often and doesn’t snow the time, the alarm has worked one time in 3 weeks, and the sound machine turns on and off which wakes me up.
