I’m so glad I tried the Hatch. I don’t have issues going to sleep or staying asleep. It creates a calm serene feeling. I love waking up to the calm sounds and soft light instead of a blaring alarm.

The Hatch is great! I appreciate the reminders to wind down for sleep and the gentle waking. I wish there was a better UI for settings as the phone app seems a little cumbersome because of the small screen size. Otherwise, this is an excellent product for getting sleep back on track.

An Insomniac's Dream

As a night owl, I've really liked my Hatch Restore 3. I've never been a morning person, but the Restore has helped make the waking up process less painful as you're able to use gradual light and sound to ease you into the new day. Also, being able to construct a customized night routine has been crucial. I think the night routine feature may only be available on the yearly subscription service, but for me it has been worth it. Combining red light with lofi sleep beats then California beach waves has been my go-to. There is a wealth of different colors and sounds that can be used together to create the vibe that calms you the most. I gifted a Restore 3 to my dad who suffers from insomnia as well, and he loves it.

I have always struggled with hitting the snooze button multiple times in the morning but not now thanks to my hatch. It has helped me get into a nighttime routine and helped me be consistent. I wake up so much easier now.

New design is bleh. The huge button on top makes it look like it’s for a toddler. Not even the pink color could save it for me. Put back in the box and returned.
