I have sleep apnea and this has helped along with my cpap! It is gentle and does not put me into shock when I wake up!!

Much more lackluster than I had hoped

First of all, this product is just not as useful as it could be if you sleep in a room with someone else who doesn't wish to share the same bedtime routine. An app on your phone is much more useful because at least you can listen to whatever you want with headphones. There isn't a headphone feature on this, so. . . what are you supposed to do if you have a partner who doesn't also want to do the same stuff? Second of all, you can't even use the majority of the features without getting a subscription. But the worst thing about it is that it's actually not at all useful as a relaxing bedtime lamp, because the light feature is SO BRIGHT OMG and there is no way to modulate it at all on this model (though apparently you can on other models?). So you're either like, basically sitting next to actual sun, or you have to be in one of the pre-programmed modes, of which you can access, like, three without a subscription. It's also extremely complicated to program it, to preview the sounds and such. For me, I'm sad to say I think it's a miss. I'm actually thinking of returning this because it's just not as useful as I'd hoped.

Still cant figure out how to turn it off when the alarm goes off, instructions and app are not straightforward. For the subscription price you get surprisingly little in return. I do like the crystal singing bowls sound bath, at least!

Twice now the sound has not come on. I restart, unplug, push the bottom button, play with the app over and over for about 15 min. and then it will start and be fine. This is the 2nd one to have issues.

The. Worst. Purchase.

My hatch was great for…a day. Every single day it disconnects and either takes 30min to connect or stays on the error message. I’m so over it. This was such a waste of money and that makes me sick I because I wanted to love this alarm clock especially for how expensive it is .
