Works as needed

It does the job I need it to do but for the price there are a couple of things I'm disappointed in. The first one being the RFID tags. They're not the greatest quality and easily lost. The solution I found is to duct tape them on the collars. The other on is it's 2025 and the door has no smart home integration. It's not a major thing and could most likely be added in an app update. Other than that the door does what I need it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Concept but Hard Plastic Door is Not Ideal

Loved the idea of this, but with theee dogs, the first dog out got ur with no issues but the second and third dog who tried to follow out got either hit in the face or on the back by the hard plastic door and are now timid and afraid to use it. Too bad there isn’t a different option available
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're so sorry to hear that your dogs had this experience adjusting to their new door. This is certainly not the experience we want dogs to have when learning to use their new freedom.

We would recommend going back to the first training steps in the manual and taping the flap up. Working with your dogs with positive reinforcement will help them adjust to using the door as an opening; gradually lowering the flap will help them become accustomed to the feeling of being touched by it, as well as how easily it moves with pressure to let them through.

If your dogs are still unsure after trying these steps, please get in touch with us! Our live support team can be reached here-
